Wayne Blake Building Solutions is a family run business, that offers a complete portfolio in all aspects of building work.  Extensions, Loft and Garage Conversions, Conservatories, Windows, Kitchen, and Bathrooms are some of the work that we engage in.  We work closely with local architects and can therefore offer design to completion of alterations that require architectural drawings or structural engineer's reports.  We work hard to try to understand your needs and requirements, by working with you closely we can get the work done in tidy and professional manner.

We have a team of fully dedicated and qualified tradesmen including a Corgi registered plumber and a Part P qualified electrician. Alternatively if you have tradesman that you would prefer to use, or you would like to carry out parts of project yourself, we will be happy to work along with you.

Our reputation is important to us and has been built on us delivering a high standard of service to all our customers. To reinforce our commitment to our customers we are monitored by independent consumer watchdogs - Checkatrade (www.checkatrade.co.uk).
