FIXED FEE AT £350 PLUS VAT
Project Consultation
Includes an on-site visit of up to 1 hour.
A 3D sketch of how to best make use of space and add value to your home.
A costing guide depending on finishes required.
Finally, a 30 minute consultation with you to represent ideas and make small alterations to drawings if necessary.
If you decided to book Wayne Blake Building Solutions to carry out the building work within 18 months of your consultation this it will be ducted from your total project cost.

If you're making serious home improvements totalling over £50,000 we offer a Project Management and Consultancy program.
